Frostique BV is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:
- Name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Your message (required)
We also temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting purposes to prevent abuse of our contact form. This data is stored in server memory only and is automatically deleted when the server restarts or after 60 seconds of inactivity.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiry — When you submit our contact form, we use your data to respond to your message. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by checking the consent box and submitting the form.
- Abuse prevention — We temporarily process IP addresses to prevent spam and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data sharing and processors
Your contact form data is sent via Resend(Resend Inc.), an email delivery service. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your data solely to deliver the email to us. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, with a maximum of 2 years. After this period, your data is deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or for the establishment of a business relationship.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous website traffic analysis. Google Analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept them via our cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymized. No cookies are set if you decline.

Fonts used on this website (Google Fonts) are downloaded and served locally from our own servers. No data is sent to Google when you visit our website.
